Oh, they are beautiful to look at, and it’s all well and fine as long as some one comes and sweeps up the fallen blooms.
But, if those tired blossoms are left to sit and ferment in small stagnant pools along your street gutters you will soon smell the putrencense which wafts through the air like the south end of a northbound elephant and gave the Jacarandas the unofficial name of “Dirty Circus Trees”!
